Keep Your Gear Cool – literally!

Did you know most electronic devices run at an average temperature of 70 degrees Fahrenheit? That doesn’t leave a lot of breathing room for it to be left in the heat. If you do, the heat can permanently damage your device. Leaving your devices in a hot car during summer can be disastrous. While some devices have built-in protection mechanisms, not all do. So, it’s best to avoid this risk altogether.

If your device is already hot, bring it indoors and bring it back to a cooler temperature before turning it on. The rapid change in temperature without proper adjustment time can cause permanent damage, so you want to avoid that chance. Taking care of your devices can significantly extend their lifespan and maintain their optimal performance. So, this summer, remember to keep yourself and your devices cool. Your devices will thank you for it!
