How It Works

In order to reduce network and computer downtime, our professional staff monitors and administers networks and servers to identify and resolve issues before they become major problems.  Our staff looks for areas of improvement by recommending and implementing solutions in a timely manner.

As far as technical support is concerned, our specialized Help Desk responds to all trouble tickets submitted by end users in 60 minutes.  When responding to such tickets, our Help Desk staff will categorize the tickets based on criticality levels specified in our Service Level Agreement (SLA).

Beyond technology monitoring, administration, and technical support, we manage clients’ network security, data back-up, and disaster recovery solutions to ensure all key elements of the network and computer infrastructure are covered.

Lastly, through periodic reporting, we keep our clients informed about the status of their IT systems and services.
